bahan-bahan (2 org makan )
nasi (4 cawan)
telur (4 biji)
isi ayam - dipotong kecil (100g)
udang - dibuang kulit (100g)
sos tomato (2 sudu)
bawang merah - dipotong halus (2 ulas)
bawang putih - diketuk (2 ulas)
halia - dihiris nipis (1cm)
serbuk lada sulah (secukup rasa)
garam (secukup rasa)
cara2
Campur telur, serbuk lada sulah dan garam. Pukul sebati.
Panaskan 1/2 sudu kecil minyak dalam kuali dan masukkan telur.
Lenggangkan kuali supaya telur menjadi lebar. Ketepikan.
Tumis bawang putih hingga garing dan masukkan bawang merah.
Apabila bawang merah layu, masukkan udang dan goreng hingga garing. Angkat dan ketepikan.
Goreng ayam.
Setelah ayam garing, masukkan sos tomato, gula dan garam.
Kacau sebati dan masukkan halia, udang, dan nasi. Kacau sebati.
Setelah masak, letakkan nasi ke atas telur dan bungkus dengan kemas.
