cara :
- dalam kuali cairkan butter, masukkan cili api, dan bawang putih
- kemudian masukkan susu pekat... serta sedikit air mengikut kadar kepekatan yang di sukai..
- setelah itu tuang ke atas ketam yang sudah di kukus tadi,..
- sedia di hidang
Nota :
- Kuantiti butter dan susu mengikut jumlah ketam
- juga sesuai dihidang bersama sama dengan udang atau lobster
